Hello thanks for the quick reply but I understand that it is a technical problem as I do not have the topic activated in any of the projects I had the project turned on and I suddenly turned it off and told me I couldn't turn it on because of the attached problem I understand that something has happened in this license that I bought

If this is not the right channel to make this request for support, please send it to the place where we can make this claim. Because my problem is that I can't activate the license on a website that had the license activated
