I did but when I click on one of the tabs in theme options (Xstore=> Theme Options=> then any of the tabs), it will be translated into the local language. not English. I also have one recent post on the support forum with the credentials to get access to my website, you can get the user/pass there to check for me please. Thanks in advance!

You can change the language you are viewing from your user. From WP Dashboard go to users and select the one you wish to change the language. On the user info page, change language to English and you are good to go.
