Sub Categories should show up under Parent Category in the Filtering Sidebar

Currently Sub Categories are showing up randomly in the categories filter, but it would be much nicer if sub-categories show up under their relevant parent-category filter. This is possible with the woocommerce categories filter, but with that the "categories search" option doesn't work, also woocommerce categories filter doesn't allow to use multiple filters at the same time. Further: When we select parent-category from the side filter on shop page, it only show product, there should also be option to show sub-categories alongside the product. This is possible with categories page URL: On my website the subcategories are showing up in the product section with the following URL https://xyz.com/product-category/audio-electronics/. For this to work we need to select "Display Type:" > "both" - under - Products > Categories > Edit (category) But when I select the filter on the shop page then the sub-categories won’t show up https://xyz.com/shop/?filter_cat=audio-electronics this should be fixed!
