Registration, Payment page UI
1. I believe that customers should be required to fill in their full name and phone number during the registration process.
2. There are customization options available for the cart and checkout pages; however, we need to move away from the default WordPress look. A more modern, user-friendly, Shopify-style design would be simpler, more attractive, and more engaging for customers. (I have added two design examples.)
