Product variation 'Select' dropdown with image
Where a product has a lot of variations with images it would be great to have the variations enclosed in a toggle or dropdown, so the page isn't cluttered by default.

Hello @F, Would you like to have it as filter for child-theme / option ? How do you imagine this in real example ? In my opinion it could be in the next way 1/ If filter was added to child-theme/option and set to 20(max amount of variations) 2/ Going to product that has 20+ product variations 3/ If (for example) one attribute has more than 20 that this variation becomes as select type and if others have less 20 that they keep the same style (circle/label) Waiting for your idea described below :) Regards, Jack Richardson

Hi Jack. My thinking is that within the backend, there would be an option (ideal on a per product basis) choose how to display variations with images. To use your example, if I have a product with 20 variations, having the variation images layer out in a grid on the product page, regardless of size, would look very cluttered. So, in that situation, I would (within the backend) set those to display as possibly a dropdown containing the images (displayed at an customisable size, ideally), or even a pop up with the variation images, which would be great as the variation images could be much bigger that way).
