Order Cancel, Refund and Exchange Feature

Can you add plugin or feature where customer can cancel or refund or exchange order by own logging their account.

Most decent web shops nowadays use Sendcloud to manage their logistics w/intergrated billing. They offer an RMA/return service as well: https://www.sendcloud.com/return-portal/ Because it's all managed under the same roof, everything's integrated. You can hook it up to woocommerce as well, and "design" a dedicated returns page with colors, logo, etc. Mavi = right: this sort of functionality is not Xstore's responsibility, nor should it become as such. It would dilute focus which is continuously developing the theme (code)
