Optimize the admin-ajax.php and DOM size!

I used gtmetrix a product page, in waterfall it says that admin-ajax.php takes about 1 second to complete, when I analyze in POST and RESPONSE points to the theme "action etheme_get_mini_cart" The home page, however, points to the excessive size of the DOM
