Need better performance via improved asset loading

Most of all optimized theme for scalability and performance have options like "remove not needed assets" via theme panel. For example: Remove unused JS scripts: Age checker, modal popup... Remove unused CSS: mailchimp styling, CF7 Styling... Sure, we can use caching. But caching is not the solution for everything. Why other themes can handle improved asset loading via individual settings without breaking something and this theme stuck in performance issues and do not have improved asset loading? If you compare this theme with other themes: xstore is still very slow and you need to improve it. If you scale your traffic the theme have a lot of problems (one request is fast, but under scalability the theme going down). Confirmed by wp-rocket, large scale hoster like kinsta and servbolt and some devs which checking the theme code.
