More GDPR compliance Cookies and Google fonts

Hi, I know it is a complex one, but could I would appreciate seeing more effort to help with GDPR compliance. Especially with: Google fonts (served locally without connecting to Google server) and better Cookies element (I know that you have Cookie notice plugin as part of the bundle but in a free version it does not help much as you should be able to register the consent people give you), and the built-in GDPR feature of your theme is not really GDPR compliant at all.
