Mini cart add to cart visibility improvement

If mini cart is set to drop down and Product added notification type is set to open cart off canvas/dropdown content. when im on top of page i see the drop down animation(which is very fast, would be better if the cart stayed open). But when im further down on the page and i add a product i dont see the opening of the mini cart. It would be nice to add an animation and a scroll up so it can be visible.
