In such case, when you create a request here you should write is as a "Request" rather than "I have a problem...". it will help other clients to be interested in reading the request and possibly leave their voices rather than someone's issues (such questions should be posted on support forum - as you already know). This time I will modify your message to make it more "requestly" rather than "I have problem...". P.S. For this time I can recomend you to not select predefined variations (https://prnt.sc/AXZcj26T8_Mt) so the video will be shown at first opening the product. But it will be replaced with variation's images gallery once customer choose a match of variations. Also, as you know, we implement firstly most-voted or critical requests, so it can take some time for this one to get the amount of customers' voices. Thanks for understanding ! Hello @vasak, We would like to explain that when the Variation Gallery is enabled on the product page, the product will only display the Variation Image Gallery and not the product video and product gallery simultaneously. It is a default functionality of the Variation Gallery option and You can post the request to our taskboard https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team can read it there. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it to one of the upcoming updates. Such a thing may be not implemented yet due to the complexity of the implementation process, unfortunately. We hope this information is helpful. Best Regards,
