Filter by Brand & Price - Update Filters & Product Counts

Hi. These two filters do not update the product counts in other Attribute filters. Using attribute filters, when the customer selects an attribute to filter by, the other attribute filters and product counts are are updated (and even removed from the filter list if their count is now zero). Price and Brand should behave in the same way, but they do not.

And another thing :-) The Brand and Product Status filters appear to include 'Hidden' products in their product counts. They should only include products set to 'Catalog & Search' or 'Catalog'.

I just noticed that the Product Status filter also behaves this way.
