According to me its not like a feature request. Its like a bug. because If cart is empty means, same kind of messages should be shown in all kind of Cart, Like Cart Page / Off-canvas Cart / Pop-up Cart. Yes I can understand In description you have clearly mentioned as "Empty Cart Page". But most of them want to show same kind of messages in all kind of empty cart message. Hello, As you could read in that option's description "... to display on the empty cart page ..." -> Empty cart page. If you want to modify off-canvas content then you should explain that in your description for the request and wait for some more voices so that we could move it to next step.
