Hello @Rodlens, Thanks for describing your idea ! We checked it from code side and suggest you to check WordPress settings because comments pages are set from global WordPress settings under Dashboard -> Settings -> Discussions. This settings will work for all comment lists (on single post page/on single product page). I will attach below an example of settings on my local web-site so you can just try to duplicate them and check on your web-site.
