I would like to be able to customize the email of awaiting delivery, but it does not appear in the email builder options

Thanks for request.
For this moment there is no available option to customize that email type via email builder.
But if it will be usefull for many users by voices we will concider this request as 'high priority request' and will push it to our developers to check it deeper and try to implement it in one of updates.
