We are compatible with free Elementor Header & Footer builder plugin -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/header-footer-elementor/
By default this plugin does not come as bundled plugin with our theme. But If you build header/footer with that plugin it will be shown on frontend instead of the ones you created with Theme Options. Elementor header/footer template has higher priority and site will use that one if it's created. But, if you want to use a built-in header builder then just remove the templates created by Elementor Header & Footer builder or that plugin at all.
That means there are no sense in creating extra switcher for switching from Our Header builder and Elementor one. It will be automatically by the conditions I described before. So, your request will be closed due to information above and automized process of showing header/footer templates.
