please add a text box so we can edit the message on my account page to anything we want instead of using loco translate.

Why don't you want to use Loco translate for such reason ?
It is not required to keep that plugin active all time but needed to
1/ install Loco translate
2/ Translate strings you want to edit and save settings
3/ Remove Loco Translate
