Ability to Highlight Review
The Advanced Review add-on is good. It has many of the features of other plugins except it doesn't offer a way to highlight a review. Please considering a way to highlight a review so it appears on the top of the reviews.

Thanks for response. YITH has an option to Feature a review which highlights a review on the top above other reviews. I don't think we need anything extremely fancy, but a way to choose a review and for it to have a banner that shows featured (or any term we choose).
